Cookies and Analytics

Optional analytics cookies help us understand website use. Google Analytics loads on neobram.ai only after you accept optional cookies. You can reject them or change your choice through Cookie settings. Google Analytics is disabled on preview and local sites. SplitSense remains off.

Google Analytics measures page visits (page_view), successfully submitted enquiries (enquiry_submitted) and booking-link clicks (booking_click). An enquiry event follows a recognized Netlify acknowledgement; it does not confirm inbox delivery. A booking-link click does not confirm a completed booking. This integration sends allowlisted static page and event information without URL queries or fragments, entered form details or calculator values, and does not enable advertising features. Google may also process technical information needed to provide its analytics service; this is not a claim of anonymity.

Rejecting before acceptance prevents Google Analytics from loading. Withdrawing consent stops this integration from sending new events and attempts to clear its Google Analytics cookies. Withdrawal does not erase information already received by Google, and requests already in progress may complete.

SplitSense is a separate, disabled site-testing and session-recording integration. It can record browsing sessions, page content and interactions, and run experiments that change page content. It may receive page URLs, titles, referrers and technical or error information. Form blocking and input masking would reduce exposure but cannot guarantee that all personal data is excluded. If it is enabled in a future release, an updated consent choice will be required before it loads. If SplitSense has already started, withdrawing consent reloads the page to end its current runtime and may clear unsent form or tool entries. Queued data or final unload transmissions may still complete. If the browser cannot safely preserve rejection, a warning asks you to close the tab instead of silently restarting tracking.

Our one-year retention policy applies to enquiry information you send us; you can request earlier deletion. Google Analytics retention settings were left unchanged: event data is set to 2 months and user data to 14 months, with reset on new activity enabled. These settings are separate from cookie expiry and do not promise deletion of every analytics record on a fixed date.

Your necessary preference is stored in this browser for up to 180 days. A necessary rejection marker may also be stored for the current tab session to prevent reactivation after withdrawal. Earlier saved choices must be made again for this updated measurement scope; accepting Google Analytics does not activate SplitSense. Hosting Performance Monitoring

Our hosting provider, Netlify, adds a Real User Monitoring script to the production website to measure loading speed, responsiveness and layout stability. Performance measurements include page paths and technical information such as browser, operating system, device and screen size. This measurement does not require browser cookies.

Hosting performance monitoring is separate from Google Analytics and SplitSense. It is not controlled by the optional-cookie choice, so choosing Reject does not turn it off. Google Analytics loads on neobram.ai only after you accept optional cookies. SplitSense remains off. Read Netlify’s Real User Monitoring documentation for information about the service.
