Information We Collect

The contact form asks for your name, business email, company, area of interest, project or problem description, role, and time zone or preferred contact window. Required fields are marked on the form. A form identifier and an anti-spam field accompany the submission. We also receive information you choose to send by direct communication.

How We Use Information

We use information to respond to inquiries, scope enterprise AI services, run project delivery, improve website experience, and comply with legal obligations.

Data Sharing

We do not sell personal data. We may share data with infrastructure, analytics, and communication providers required to operate our services.

When you submit the website contact form, the submission is sent to Netlify Forms for processing. Meeting links open the external Cal.com booking service; information you choose to provide there is handled by that service.

The separate browser cookie-preference period is explained in our Cookie Policy.

Optional Google Analytics

Google Analytics loads on neobram.ai only after you accept optional cookies. SplitSense remains off. We measure page visits (page_view), successfully submitted enquiries (enquiry_submitted) and booking-link clicks (booking_click). A recognized Netlify acknowledgement triggers the enquiry event; it does not confirm inbox delivery. A booking click does not confirm a completed booking. The integration sends allowlisted static context without URL queries or fragments, entered form details or calculator values. Advertising features and automatic history, form, site-search, outbound-click, video, file-download and scroll measurement are disabled. Google may also process technical information needed to provide its analytics service.

Google Analytics retention settings were left unchanged: event data is set to 2 months and user data to 14 months, with reset on new activity enabled. These settings are separate from our enquiry policy and do not promise deletion of every analytics record on a fixed date. You can withdraw consent in Cookie settings; withdrawal does not erase information already received by Google. See our Cookie Policy and Google privacy information.

Hosting Performance Monitoring

Our hosting provider, Netlify, adds a Real User Monitoring script to the production website to measure loading speed, responsiveness and layout stability. Performance measurements include page paths and technical information such as browser, operating system, device and screen size. This measurement does not require browser cookies.

Hosting performance monitoring is separate from Google Analytics and SplitSense. It is not controlled by the optional-cookie choice, so choosing Reject does not turn it off. Google Analytics loads on neobram.ai only after you accept optional cookies. SplitSense remains off. Read Netlify’s Real User Monitoring documentation for information about the service.

Enquiry Data Retention

Our enquiry-data retention policy is one year. This period applies to enquiry data, not to analytics data or the browser’s cookie preference.
