Industrial AI for UK operations

Turn an industrial AI idea into something your team can use

NeoBram provides AI engineering for UK industrial operators, manufacturers and engineering firms. Start with a task your people know well. We develop the models, software and agreed integrations, with offline and on-premises options considered from the start.

01

Close the gap between identifying a use case and delivering it

Knowing that AI could help with inspection, maintenance or technical knowledge is only the beginning. We help establish the available data, user workflow and test criteria, then scope the engineering required. You can start from a recurring problem, an existing assessment or a demonstration that needs further work.

02

Focus on the work happening each day

An operator may spend too long finding the right instruction. An engineer may repeatedly compare similar documents. A maintenance team may need help interpreting changing asset behaviour. We select an application around the decision and the evidence, with a clear way for the person using it to check the output.

03

Give your specialists the right role

Your production and engineering people explain the process, provide representative examples and assess usefulness. NeoBram handles data preparation, model development, application building and agreed integrations. Training focuses on using and overseeing the finished workflow, without turning your domain experts into an AI development department.

04

Fit the system to your operating environment

Legacy equipment, customer confidentiality and network constraints are practical design inputs. We assess existing systems and approved access before recommending changes. For offline operation, the project includes a realistic approach to software updates, knowledge refreshes, backups and technical maintenance.

05

Choose a useful starting scope

An oil and gas team may need to investigate equipment behaviour. A pharma team may want faster access to investigation evidence. A water operator may need to compare process conditions, while an EPC or precision engineering business might begin with requirements review. A factory can start with a defined inspection task. We scope each application around the people who will use it and the evidence they can review.

06

Agree delivery and ownership before rollout

NeoBram works from Bangalore. Collaboration hours, review sessions and any site work are scoped to the engagement. Testing compares the application with the current process, including errors and review effort. Documentation, handover and ongoing engineering responsibilities are agreed so the system has a clear owner after launch.

We agree who handles support, updates and day-to-day operation before work starts.

07

Turn an existing prototype into a practical delivery decision

If you already have a demonstration, use it to identify what has been proved and what remains uncertain. An illustrative inspection prototype may perform well on supplied photographs while still needing production imaging, operator review and an outage procedure. A useful engineering assessment makes those gaps explicit.

  • Review the intended users, source data and evidence behind the demonstration.
  • Test representative exceptions and compare the complete task with current practice.
  • Identify production interfaces, infrastructure, ownership and remaining engineering.
  • Agree the next milestone and acceptance evidence before funding a broader rollout.

Questions and answers

Do you have a UK office?

NeoBram’s engineering base is Bangalore, India. This page describes project availability for UK customers, not a local office or entity.

Can we use an assessment from another adviser?

Yes. We can review the proposed workflow, evidence and assumptions before scoping delivery. Existing recommendations do not need to be discarded automatically.

Can our existing team operate the system?

Operating roles and training are designed around the application. Specialist AI maintenance remains explicitly assigned in the scope rather than silently transferred to plant staff.

Can you help us decide whether to continue an existing prototype?

Yes. Scope an assessment of its intended use, existing evidence and operating gaps. The useful outcome is a justified next step: extend it, change the approach or stop, with the required work and costs made clear.
